Carefully peel off the clear transfer sheet.
Be sure the white vinyl is attached to the transfer sheet (if not carefully place it on the blue sheet and rub until it sticks to the transfer sheet).
Place it on your car window and rub it onto the glass.
Carefully & slowly peel off the clear transfer sheet.
